NEW CHAPTER
It’s been a gradual transition that wasn’t always even apparent to me, but I can definitively say now that my work will be focused more on my YouTube channel than this website. (Though a redesign is on its way that will integrate the two a bit more anyway.)
Of course, all the songs here will stay up for your enjoyment – some might even be made into videos in the near future. :) I will also continue to do commissions.
Thank you all for your support and encouragement over the years. Things are getting bigger and better and I hope you’ll stay on this magic carpet ride with me forever!

STILL ALIVE
Quite a few people have asked me to cover this song from the credits of the game Portal, so I social media-fied some genre suggestions and made this.

Disapointing. Ruins the whole point of the song.
I really love your work, but personally I feel this piece could have been better. The music was kind of bland and repetitive, and as a friend of mine said, “had no soul.” It wasn’t as fun or dynamic as other things you’ve done. I also probably would have used a female-ish voice like Rhianna’s for this song, but that’s just because of the sound you seemed to be going for.
I don’t think the song is terrible, but I do feel it could’ve been better. I’d be all for a Round 2 of this :)
I really think this would have been a good song had so many people not hear then origional, but the your style isnt the kind of quite melancholy that was the whole mood of the song. Anyway, nice attempt.
i listened to both the original and this version, but i don’t play the game so if my judgement is somehow flawed by that fact then sorry. but i think that both versions fit in some way with the lyrics of the song. and personally, this one is catchier. I do like both versions though. Additionally, if he wanted the “quiet melancholy” of the original, then it WOULD be the original. I still think this song is the SHIZZ though.

Interesting, but nowhere near as good as the original. It doesn’t quite live up to the original rendition, but then, that’s a hell of a lot to live up to.

I can’t stop listening to this. I don’t get why everyone’s hating on your version. I haven’t actually played the game, so I don’t know how well it fits, but I’ve heard the original and I think both styles fit the song quite well, as Zee said.

Agreeing with some people above me, I think that this ruined the meaning of the song a bit. True, the original song is a lot to live up to, but there are so many better ways that you could have done this song. You’ve done better songs.

All the sudden, my mind took this song and ran with it. I now know what I must do. I must take this song, and make it the theme to a Portal rewrite. One that includes zombies and shotguns. Because physics+zombies+shotguns+science, ending with cake, would be the greatest thing ever.
