THE CONCEPT
Andrew makes songs based on your ideas.
And sometimes he just makes songs.
But anyway, suggest something?

NEW CHAPTER
It’s been a gradual transition that wasn’t always even apparent to me, but I can definitively say now that my work will be focused more on my YouTube channel than this website. (Though a redesign is on its way that will integrate the two a bit more anyway.)
Of course, all the songs here will stay up for your enjoyment – some might even be made into videos in the near future. :) I will also continue to do commissions.
Thank you all for your support and encouragement over the years. Things are getting bigger and better and I hope you’ll stay on this magic carpet ride with me forever!

STACEY, BE MY BARBIE DOLL
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
It’s a birthday song for my friend Stacey, and it’s her 30th birthday. She likes to read literature do yoga, she plays guitar and sings in our band The Sweethearts of the Revolution and she likes john Frusciante.
It would be awesome of it started out happ, then got sad, then finished RIDICULOUSLY happy.
Eighties pop might be cool,
Maybe similar to Psychedelic Furs (Pretty in Pink), or Orchestral manuevers in the Dark (If you leave)
Stacey has blond hair and blue eyes and just turned 30.
She’s not very tall (like 5″2)
She likes yoga, and she’s a great dancer.
She really likes to read.
When she was a kid “Barbies” was her life.
Her and her sister converted their entire basement into a town populated by barbie dolls.
The main characters were Betty who grew up on a ranch with horses and was rich, and Tracey who was a family woman, had a big house and didn’t work.
There were also various diseases that plagued the barbie town. One was the kissing disease, dolls would contract the kissing disease from too much kissing. (the dolls head would hang off the side of its neck), or hip disease (their hips and legs would start to come away from their torso).

That is ridiculously great! I wish i got songs for my birthday
One comment?
Andrew, this has to be one of the best, most catchy songs you’ve done. I’m so sad to hear it’s not one of the most popular– probably because the base idea IS corny and IS Pop. :)
But it’s a great song. Great lyrical transitions and even a catchy theme and ending. You really hit the nail on the head!
uhh…nice…8/10…
ithinkiamgoingtopuke!!!!
i feel like i have been rolled in suger, then swam in lemonade, then been force fed profiteroles covered in honey…
good(scary)song though!
Please do more 80′s pop!
looool.
This is so out there, but you nailed it.
Defiantly one of your better ones
