STEAMPUNKS THEME
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
Hey Pants!
Could you write a song for the show opener of Steampunks?
The show is funny, full of energy, and chock-full of clockwork and steam-powered technology. The song should be that way too!
I want something catchy and poppy that would appeal to kids 8-12, and something grungy enough to fit into the steampunk genre!
Thanks!

THE FABULOUS FLAMINGOS OF FRANCE
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
The Fabulous Flamingos of France — a story song about three Flamingos, who dress in the latest fashion, haute couture, and spread their money around.
Try to throw in some French landmarks not limited to Paris. Simple and Phinnues and Hugo. The Fabulous Flamingos of France. About two mins.
Phin is the good looking one, Hugo is the Portly worldly one, and Simple is the brains. They go from party to party trying to escape the hoi polloi. They dance all over France. They wear expensive shirts. Their monocles are made of gold. etc.
They close out the bars and all the soirees, often offending their hosts. They drink and they smoke, and they swear without stop.
Hugo is a chef most mejestique, but he eats everything he cooks for himself.
Simple sits still and surveys the room. He has a tendancy to pick up books in other people’s homes and rewrite the endings.
Phinneus flies in with charm and allure.
They drink with monkey’s, they play with the ants,
They smoke and they curse and they’re French, and they dance.
Their feathers are fuscia, they never wear pants.
As for the genre, something very melody driven and peppy, but morose. I am attatching a song called “Joe le Taxi” which I think has a vibe that is loungey and cool, but happy and catchy.

K93 MORNING SHOW THEME
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
I run a radio morning show in Grand Falls New Brunswick Canada. Stumbled upon your site and love it! Was wondering if you’d make a little jingle for the K93 Morning Show. I go by “Captain Kirk” in the morning. I’ve got a bio on our Website if you wanted to steal anything from that. But some funny facts about a few things that I have told on air. One huge snow storm last year, I didn’t have a shovel, so I decided to use a cat bed to try and get out of the driveway. There was one time I got pulled over by the police and when asked why I was speeding I told them it was because “I had to pee”.. didn’t go over so well hahah! My listeners still talk about that wacky stories to this day.
I think the best thing to do would be stick with our format of the radio station, which is Hot AC. So we play artists like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Daughtry, Lights… all the latest pop artists, but we also sway into the 70s and 80s a bit so I’m going to leave it up to you.

EMMA
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
My sister, Emma, is going to graduate this spring and go off to the crazy world of not-highschool. As a graduation gift, I’d like to be able to give her a song about how cool she is.
Some things about her:
- She is ridiculously smart and is pretty much getting all A’s in all AP courses.
- She criticizes her artistic skills but can actually paint a mean palm tree
- She get songs stuck in her head REALLY easily and then proceeds to sing them for the rest of the day.
- We’ve had to work a puppet together before, which was really difficult. We named it “Marshy the Marsh Wiggle” and it gave good hugs.
- For a gag gift, I got her one of those life sized Edward Cullen cut outs and hid it in her shower, which then started a hiding game between us. I hope she comes home from college to find it behind her door and freaks out.
- I owe her a lot of thank you’s for little things she’s done for me
- She has trouble getting up in the morning, so a lively tune to which she could jam out would be fab.
OH, also. She has recently been on a Lady Gaga kick so you could include some repetitive phrase, like the “roma ro ma ma” stuff but not necessarily sound like a Lady Gaga song (my immediate thought is that you could do this with the word “Emma”).

LIGHTWOLF, DEFENDER OF THE TENDER TUNDRA
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
SO. my ladyfriend’s last name is Light, and my last name is Wolfe.
All I’m saying is Light-Wolfe would be a pretty sweet last name, and/or 80’s superhero.
She is super in love with both of these songs, and would go crazy if there was a song in a similar style about Lightwolfe, a fictional 80’s era fighter of evil (darkness?! and/or something wolves eat? evil deer?), and If there is a unicorn sidekick, even better. Think cheesy, think absurd.
Flash Gordon:

Karate Kid - You’re the Best

- Is Lightwolf a person? or an actual wolf made of light? maybe some sort of transformation is involved.
- If you want to just go all out ridiculous with it, miscellaneous elements could be: her cat’s name is Dakoda Tenderpaw and could be featured, I think I mentioned as a unicorn, but the two things could be independent of one another
- maybe Lightwolf’s power has something to do with Tenderness
- or just a general way to work tenderness the song :P
