JUSTIN, WOAH
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
My name is Alexis, and my sweet husband’s birthday is coming up. I’d really love to treat him with one of your songs.
His name is Justin. Since he’s a very positive and happy guy, I’d love a tune to reflect that. Something 80’s-ish with a guitar introduction would be wonderful. :) Bub’s favourite band is Bon Jovi.
When singing, please do so in the third person. (He, she, they…)
We met at college and would always walk around campus together. People would look at us strangely because I look so young and he had a beard at the time, so everyone thought he was an old pervert. :P
The first time I invited him over to my parents’ house, he stood up to my unbearably overbearing mother for me. My parents still hate him for it. Be sure to mention how their opinion doesn’t matter because I love him.
Justin works as a busboy at Ihop and comes home every day smelling like yummy pancakes. He lets me ride on his back and pretend he’s a dinosaur when we’re out and about. We get slushies together every day.
Things that should be mentioned:
-How much Kitty loves Bob
-How warm his hugs are
-Purple Minivans and Slugbugs
-Randomly yell “bingo” somewhere in the song
-How great Mountain Dew is
The chorus should consist of something like wishing him a happy __th birthday and now it’s time for cake and ice cream. (Each time you sing the chorus the number should get bigger and more ridiculous.)
It would be great if you could include something about the “big book” at JC Penny’s. We went there the other day and the lady said, (rather snobbily,) that they don’t have those anymore. It was funny because Justin felt old asking for it. x3
Back in his younger years Justin was the very definition of prissy. He had all of the best shampoos and everything, got manicures… You could poke fun at him for that- I know I do, haha.
Justin often says, “Strangely, I’m okay with that,” as a response and it usually doesn’t make sense.
Ooh, and could you use, “there was a firefight!” Like in this clip?
Boondock Saints is one of his favourite movies, that being his favourite quote.
We like to eat beans and weenies, but Justin accidentally called it beans and weenies and hotdogs one day, so we call it that now. :3
I’d really love for the song to be released on his birthday, August 12th.

FLIRTY BIRDY
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
I am shooting my eighth student film. For the end of the movie during the credits I would like the song Hurdy Gurdy Man to play. Obviously I don’t have the budget to get the rights to this song so I want something with a similar feel that can be played. Kind of mysterious unsure if its a happy or sad song.
I need it to start out slow and quieter so I can start in playing just at the end of the final scene in the movie while they are still talking. I would like a short solo in the middle of the song.

SUPER BETTAS
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
Suddenly a girl’s My Little Pony collection comes to life, the ponies with sharp fangs and eyes blazing red. They plot to take over the world.
But then the Super Betta’s come to the rescue. They are skilled ninja fighting fish.
I’d be hoping for something between The Aquabats - Playdough and System of a Down Vicinity of Obscenity - if that makes any sense. I tend to like music that has soft parts and rather hard parts, like VOO, but want it to have a more playful tone like Playdough.
PONIES:
Bright Eyes - The leader. She is by far the most powerful pony. She has the ability to control time.
Mimic - Bright Eyes’ second in command. Mimic has the ability to shift her form at whim.
Water Fire - Powerful henchmen who can control fire and water. She is, of course, especially dangerous to the fishies.
Tux - The only male of the pony bunch. He is something of a henchmen, usually acting suave and seducing the opposition.
Twisty Tail - Another henchmen, very similar to Tux, but female. She pretty much seduces any males that need seducing.
FISHIES:
Fishie Ficaso (Demon Ruler of the Deep) - Small, but very intelligent. He is the leader of the fishies.
Arthur - Noble fishie of old. He usually stays peacefully in his castle, but felt compelled to come forth and fight the ponies. He weird Excalibur with his mental abilities.
Ekwalsis McSquared - Very mysterious figure. He often goes by Mr. E and is a master of disguise.
Phantom - Able to turn invisible and pass through solid objects. Phantom is ghostly and very quick. Fighting him is like fighting the “ghost” characters from The Matrix: Reloaded.
Wish/Harold - By day he goes by Harold, and weeks in a mild mannered office setting. But he is truly an incredibly lucky fish, and uses his luck to his advantage. He can sometimes grant wishes.
Perry Fish - He is kinda the goon helper, but he is a great guy.

COLLEEN
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
My mom is having a knee replacement so I wanted a song to cheer her up/let her know how much I (and my family) love her/make her feel special. It would be great if it could be a short, upbeat, fun song. Here are things she likes: cute dogs, yard sales, eating dinner with her shoes off, Orangutans, beer, scrabble. Her name is Colleen.
I’d love a George Clinton-style song!
It doesn’t have to be at all about her knee. In fact, it’d be better if it’s just about how great she is. We have a dog named Henry who is a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon (a purebred rare breed and it’s apparently pronounced GriffOn, like “gone”).
Ooh, inside jokes:
“I agwEE but I not UGwee” (pretty self-explanatory, we were talking in a funny accent and the two words sounded the same with the emphasis changed)
“No tacks!” = a boy in her preschool used to put thumb tacks in his mouth, so he started saying this when he was proud of himself for obeying by NOT having a mouthful of tacks.
Other good references:
We like to play poker (for money) and make up different combiations of ridiculous games like “blind baseball dropsie”.
We love going yard-sale-ing.
A boy in her preschool touched her breast and said “I like your shirt. My mom doesn’t have shirt like these!” There have been many somewhat inappropriate but funny things the preschoolers have said about her breasts. Even just saying “all the preschoolers like her shirt” would be funny.

TYLER IS THE BEST
This is a Paid Song! Learn more…
I have this friend named Tyler. Every time we’re driving in my car he’ll start singing along to a song, making up his own words. They usually go along the basic lines of “Tyler is better than you”, “Tyler Tyler Tyler Tyler!”, “Tyler is better than Chelsea, yeah!” “Tyler is the best, oh yes he is”, etc. So, for the lyrics of the song, if you could make some catchy arrangement of the above phrases that would be great.
As for the style/genre of the song, it should be very similar to a Lady Gaga song like “Bad Romance” or “Telephone” (his favourite song right now). It should have a good beat and sound very catchy, upbeat and techno/electro-pop-ish.
